iTHRUST Clinical Concept
iTHRUST – PRACTITIONER
The entry point to the iTHRUST method, designed for those who want to acquire, in a solid and progressive way, the foundations of high-velocity manipulations.
This course provides intensive practical training, with particular attention to posture, biomechanics, and operator safety.
Students will learn not only the fundamental HVLA techniques but also to recognize the conditions in which they should be applied, developing precision, manual skills, and clinical awareness. The goal is to build robust foundations that allow participants to confidently face the next levels, ensuring from the very beginning a clear and structured clinical vision.
iTHRUST – PROFESSIONAL
An advanced course that combines technical mastery with an initial introduction to pain management.
In addition to strengthening manual skills, students will learn the basics of pain management and patient communication, supported by the presence of a co-teaching psychologist,
who will provide practical tools that can be immediately applied in clinical practice.
iTHRUST – EXPERT
A high-level course combining HVLA techniques with an advanced visceral approach, enriched with specific content on pain management, patient handling, and clinical assessment.
The goal is to train professionals who are not only technically skilled but also capable of addressing the patient in all their complexity, with a high-level integrated approach.
iTHRUST PRACTITIONER – ONLINE
IThrust Practitioner – Online is a practical online course of Manual Therapy through manipulation techniques HVLA-T (High Velocity Low Amplitude Thrust), better known as Thrust.
iTHRUST ONLINE ADVANCED
The iTHRUST ONLINE with HVLA-T techniques consist of rapid, constrained mobilization applied to a joint segment beyond the physiological joint range (Barrier), without exceeding the anatomical limit.
